My name is Melissa Franco, born in Medellín, Colombia. Five years ago, life brought me to the Riviera Maya—a place that transformed both my personal and professional journey. In the Riviera Maya, I found the space to grow, build, and reinvent myself. It’s where I married the person who is now not only my partner in business, but also my partner in life, and where we started our family.
My background spans the financial and administrative fields, as well as sales and business development. I spent five years in the technology and services industry in Colombia, working with SAP and enterprise technology, which provided me with a solid understanding of operational strategy, financial structure, and organizational efficiency.
When I arrived in the Riviera Maya, I entered the real estate industry from the financial side, and later transitioned into sales, working directly with a developer. This experience allowed me to understand the market from within—its processes, its pace, its maturity, and its immense potential.
Today, at Ensa Realty, my focus is to ensure the company’s financial and operational strength, while guiding clients through a transparent, structured, and human-centered advisory process.
