Hello, I’m Enrique Sáenz. From a very young age, I discovered that my greatest satisfaction comes from helping people. What began as an interest in sales eventually turned into a vocation: guiding families and investors to find their ideal place in the Riviera Maya.

I was born in Mexico, and at the age of three, my life changed when my family moved to Texas. I grew up surrounded by opportunities and learning experiences, always with a natural curiosity that pushed me to be inquisitive, creative, and persistent. That same energy helped me stand out in school and paved my way into the world of sales at an early age.

At 19, I felt the call of my roots and returned to Mexico. My first stop was Monterrey, Nuevo León, where I literally started from scratch: from being a waiter, I went on to own my own car lot. Those ten years gave me discipline, resilience, and business vision, teaching me that every challenge is an opportunity to grow.

Later came Cancún, a dreamlike place by the Caribbean Sea, where I worked four years in sales within call centers. However, deep inside I always knew I wanted to dedicate myself to real estate. Finally, in 2004, when I moved to Playa del Carmen, I took the step that changed my life: I discovered that this industry was not just a job, but my true calling.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of receiving recognitions such as Top Producer and of being involved in millions of dollars in sales. But beyond the awards, what I truly value is the trust my clients place in me. From the very beginning, I chose to work exclusivelyas a buyer’s agent, without tying myself to traditional master broker schemes. This decision has allowed me to offer each client exactly what they need, without limitations or commitments to a single developer.

Today, after having guided hundreds of families, I still enjoy every project as if it were the first. My mission is clear: to help you find the perfect property in the Riviera Maya, whether as a solid investment or as the second home you’ve always dreamed of.
